Hey All,

I am looking to find an aftermarket rear linkage that is adjustable for my V4S race bike. Does anyone know of anyone that makes one. I know there are lowering links out there, but to get the geometry right on my bike I am looking to raise the rear. The shock height isn't adjustable like on the V4R so was hoping there was an aftermarket solution? Or would the V4R rear linkage work to be able to raise the rear? Any help is appreciated!

You need an adjustable shock.

To be honest, it's virtually impossible to adjust the rear ride height with the shock on the bike, there's zero room for getting a spanner on the adjuster.

the rear ride height is adjustable on the v4s .. remove shock., the lower eyebolt has a fair bit of adjustment and can be turned in or out.. there is a groove on the thread, do not extend past that.. ps, you can raise the rear well past what youre gonna want.. (stability wise)

Brock's Performance just released the Adjustable Link for the rear suspension of the Panigale V4, link below:

I almost bought it when they were still developing it, however, I decide not to because with my exhaust (stock shaped), it is not possible to access the rear link to adjust the height without removing the rear manifold and my exhaust.

From what I understand, it is currently for lowering purposes, but Brock's Performance informed me that they were also thinking about making a link able to RAISE the rear height.

I’d need platform shoes if I wanted to raise my V4

I just read the description on Brock's Performance website and they actually wrote what I told them on my email communication to them :D
Because I told them I can't purchase the links from them since my bike have the "type-approved Akrapovic" :p

"Adjustable without removing links from bike (for bikes equipped with a type-approved Akrapovič exhaust the muffler must be removed for on-bike lowering link adjustment) "

Very cool! Yes, non homologated exhausts open up lots of room down there. I wouldn’t lower the bike either, it messes with the geometry.
Lowered bikes do look cool tho, maybe for some highway pulls in a straight line and showing off in the parking lot.

What are your goals raising or lowering the bike?

I already purchased AELLA lowering links (fix non adjustable) so I can be flat footed to the ground when I need to push the bike while sitting on it in my living room :p
