I want this.
Especially since 46 isn't plastered everywhere.

probably like a 2-3k helmet though.

I like it as well. The LEDs looked great during the full practice sessions and appeared to be a feature that could enhance safety for night time riders.

Im obviously a Rossi fan, buuut, its kind of a distraction imo...And that helmet is definitely more than 2-3k. Not only because of the LED, im sure theres carbon fiber...

I suspect that is exactly the point. Distraction.

Yawn... Akuma and Gmax have had helmets with rear LEDs for around a decade. Akuma even has an LED out the front for map reading.

Also, in some municipalities, wearing our mounting lights other than those DOT approved on the vehicle itself are illegal.

If you want to be seen at night, where a reflective vest. Nothing shines better than Scotchlite other than HIDs positioned in every direction (which would be illegal pretty much everywhere).

Jorge had one in 2012 if I remember correctly. Vale's in nice but as stated, nothing super special

I like it. hopefully it will trickle down to 700$ helmets. Perhaps one of the reason why the Marquez-Rossi battle was so close is that the current champ can't take his eyes of the helmet

I like it... but it shouldn't be road legal, at least in Europe.

Cause you can't have white lights facing the rear (other then reverse light when in reverse on a car).
