When I was dismantling my standard exhaust to replace with the Akra, I came across some loose bolts on the attachments for the standard mufflers. That same night I saw a thread where someone was having some vibration problems.
Probably not connected but perhaps worth checking these bolts next time you have your fairings off.
Pic is self explanatory. NB it was the same on each muffler with one bolt loose on each one.
