Sorry, this is lengthy:
I recently moved to AZ and went to transfer my title however it comes up as a Scrambler 800. Not a Scrambler 1100 Spec
I showed them my original receipt with the Ducati letterhead and they did a search on nhtsa and admit their computer system is wrong but state they cannot change it. I've been to 3 locations and called the AZDOT 800number they all tell me if I want a AZ title I have to accept the wrong model on my title... which of course I will not.
Just wondering if anyone out there has experienced this bizarre situation and how they remedied it.
FYI I did place a call to DUCATI North America and the only thing they can do is send me a compliance letter.
