My fiance and I will be in Italy this June/July, and would love to visit the Ducati factory to see where and how my 1199 Tri is built. Does the factory allow this, and do I need to make arrangements in advance? Do I do this through DNA, or the factory directly (anyone speak Italian out there)? Any info and/or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Hi Jim I managed to get in world ducati week and the factory tour during my honeymoon in 2004. Admittedly my wife is a Ducati fan also and we were travelling Italy on an ST3 but she told me afterwards that the factory was really interesting. Just some positive feedback to keep the fiancé interested and on side :)

Thanks
Guy

I have been there several times. There is a nice museum attached to the plant, just check the schedule time online.

Then you can visit part of the factory but It was an organized event. I don;t think you can just show and ask for a tour.
