im about to buy some new tires and ive always loved michelin so of course i wanna buy the Pilot power 3 but they dont make a rear 200 tire, the biggest rear they got is a 190/55/17 can i run that on my 1199s???

Power Supersport is available in 200/55. I've been through two sets of Pilot Cups already and I like the higher crown and steeper radius of the Michelins versus the Pirellis. No issues with traction control at level 3.

I have a set sitting beside the tire machine to mount and should know a bit how they feel in a week or so.

Wanna know what I think of Michelins? Here's about 1500 street miles on the latest Cups:

10,000 feet?! I would need an oxygen tank with me on that ride, especially as I'm coming from at or below sea level!

This one has been on at roebling and gotten flipped for the next sessions when the oil cover
Started leaking . So I just finished it up in the twisties... :D

Usually I scrub them off evenly

Ummmmmmm. Loves me some Roebling. It's been waayyyyy too long.

I have yet to put the Pani on the track, but I'd be willing to track it on THaT straight! ;)

I'm going in tonight for new tires. Not sure if I'll stick with the stockers or go with the Diablo Rosso Corsas.

back stretch at road atlanta doesn't suck either!

I raced there back in the stone age when the Gravity Cavity was still a feature at Road Atlanta. For reference, I've raced at or ridden at:

Roebling Road (always considered that my "home track" even though I lived in North Carolina)
Road Atlanta (raced the cavity, track days on 10A/10B)
Summit Point
Memphis Motorsports Park
Nashville Motor Speedway
Charlotte Motor Speedway
Rockingham Motor Speedway (a.k.a. "the Fish Bowl")
Daytona Motor Speedway
Moroso Motorsports Park
Talladega Grand Prix
Barber Motorsports Park
Virginia International Raceway
Road America
MidOhio Sportscar Course
Sandia Motor Speedway
Willow Springs International Motorsports Park

Before I kick the bucket I'd like to hit High Plains, Buttonwillow, Miller, NOLA, and COTA just to say I've ridden there. Anyone wanna join in? :)
