When washing the flat black dark stealth SFV4S tank, wheels, etc., what do you recommend to take off the bugs, dust, dirt, and grease without scratching the finish?

Thank you! :)

I use microfibre cloths.I use a spray bottle to apply the cleaner.I also presoak all the bugs and then come back to clean them off with another application.I mix the Meticulous Matte with ultra pure water and not tap water. (we have tons of reverse osmosis, distilled and de-ionized water at work to use)I can't remember which one I use.I looked it up.Also the Meticulous Matte isn't the best with oils/grease,it takes time and effort and cloths but it's better than potentially wrecking your finish.Chemical Guys is a great American company to support.

I use this and find that it dulls the finish… makes the finish more matte than factory.

I also use Chemical Guys Matte auto wash, but I have not had an issue with dulling the finish. I also use their matte sealant. The sealant needs a bit of hot air from your breath to buff it off all the way but works well to seal the finish (bugs come off easily) without adding shine. I use their Matte instant detailer (ID) too. The ID is the main product I use to clean off dust and bugs (especially after being sealed with matte sealant). The ID will also help remove any dulling from the matte sealant.
