....... hilarious. The sad part is you could throw a bunch of Ducati stickers on it an most people wouldn’t know the difference. Not many give two ..... about quality anymore or even how to spot it. Makes it real easy to sell junk.

My empathizes for the people.

I buy fireworks from there and admittedly Oppo stuff. That's it.

Some companies I know of, that some of you would know….refuse to get things made in China…because after they make a production run for the company…the same factory will turn around and make the same thing but then slap on some counterfeit sticker on it and sell it for less money.

If you are old enough you would remember the constant mantra growing up that we need to do all we can to oppose communism. How many trillions were spent and lives lost? Americans insatiable lust for crap won out.

You used to have to work hard to afford something decent. Now they just make a crap knock off so everyone can have one.Been to China twice. What a .... hole. They steal everything and that philosophy is embedded in their culture.

That's a bit rough endo, the reality is that Western companies embraced China as a source of cheap labour and manufacturing. The US could have stopped this trend anytime but since corporations run your country, you dont have much choice. The only thing you or anyone can do is refuse to purchase crap. The US as well as the rest of the world need China. I work with a few Chinese guys, really hard working, industrious and they love bikes. Given time they will produce a high quality motorcycle, its happening.

I agree that for a lot of people who buy real ducatis, this would be a better alternative!

seems like China does well with the manufacturing (FoxConn), not the designing

Doesn’t really matter who the puppet in the Oval Office is. Americans have been shoveled junk for decades and that’s what they are used to now. It’s over. This ain’t your grand parents USA folks.
That country is done and dusted. Two weeks ago we lost arguably the greatest naval aviator in a plane crash and no one even knows this guys name but some guy who bounces an orange ball for a living dies from a drug overdose and he’ll get a parade and a call to the family from the White House.

When the Apple CEO was asked by Obama, why don't you make iPhones here in America.....Mr Cook said, in essence.... Americans don't have the skills to make and assemble them........(what he did not say..... but we all know what he needed at add in "for slave wages"....). He and the other Boards of corporations get more money for themselves.....when costs get cut and profit margins rise......

Conditions must be worse in the US. Pretty sure it turned out that that the FoxConn suicide rate was lower than the US'

I'd buy an Italian designed, Chinese manufactured motorcycle. Bet 8/10 folks posting in this thread have an iPhone and the other two have Samsungs
