I hope insurance companies follow suit. If you don't get the shot, but hospitalized with Covid...you should have to pay yourself. That hopefully will push the VAC rates up. This is a good thing.

No, this is far from a good thing.

And if it came to that, I'd gladly pay out of pocket but that would mean I'd have to go to a doc and then be hospitalized which wouldn't happen in the first place. I'll deal with it n get through it at home without being pumped some who knows what into my system.

I don't watch the news

2 of my closest friends are doctors who i would trust over any news media or anyone else n if both of them are against the vaccine, that's good enough for me. They have both heard of ivermectin being used to treat covid cases and although they don't have any direct experience with it themselves, they would both give that a try before an unproven vaccination.

DC, some of those agencies might not be tracking your info but Facebook, Google, Twitter sure are!!!!!

Dude that’s ridiculous. I’ve met Zero. Good dude. So let’s get this straight. You (pharma) have this vaccine. It’s got “EXPERIMENTAL” right on it. You want me to sign a waiver in case something goes wrong. It’s mfg by an industry that has killed millions of people, had billions paid out in plaintiff claims and if I don’t take it, my career is ....... Sounds about right.

We'll see what our union does about this mandate since there are ways to get out of such a ridiculous mandate.

Thing I’m scratching over is, if they have already acknowledged that the vac doesn’t prevent you from getting the virus and that even with vaccination, you can spread the virus if you do get it or have it then WTF is the point of a vac mandate. Very strange

COVID vaccines have been shown to be very powerful in preventing more severe disease and the need for hospitalization. Breakthroughs occur at a much, much lower rate than in people who are unvaccinated. The breakthroughs have been occurring more frequently with the Delta variant because of the high level of infectiousness (or transmissibility) of the Delta variant and lower protection of current vaccines against this variant. But people having breakthroughs have much more mild infection, more like an upper respiratory infection. The vaccines prevent severe disease and complications and allow people to return to a more normal state.

I sympathise with your position, but its based on classic "big pharma" fear. Big Pharma and medical science have saved billions of lives. Id say the scales at this point are way, way in favour of BF than the guy at the diner.

You keep insisting that its "experimental" how about provide the details because using your argument the jury is still out on eating peanut butter.

Employment is a trickier issue but vaccine certificates have been required around the world in various countries for children so they can attend school- no one except the nutters object because no one wants their kids to get Polio, Tuberculosis, Whooping cough or Diptheria. Last time I went to Indonesia a condition of my visa was a cholera shot among others- no shot no travel.

Point is this is not new, and with several billion having received vaccines Id say it was pretty solid, certainly more solid than a typical Panigale fastener
