Does anyone know what the part Im holding in my hand and the part circled in blue is called? Back in February I replaced my stock clipons with Ducabike adjustable clipons. I had a left and right Gilles Tooling lever guards in the stock clipons. When I unscrewed them the insert you see in the pic with the lever guard was spread inside both clipons and wouldnt come out. And the part Im holding in my hand which is also circled in blue in the pic was on the end of both inserts which went in first.

I wound up ordering 2 inserts and thought they came with the part in my hand. But they didnt. So last Monday I ordered them. I called the distributor today and asked if Gilles shipped them and was told they may not be shipping for a while with whats going on. But after digging around in a big box filled with nuts, bolts and other little things I found one. The inserts I have go into bars measuring between 14-19mm's. Would anyone happen to have a spare one? Or let me know where I can find one or what this part is called and Ill try looking it up on the internet?

Assuming that the bolt itself has an Allen head, search for Allen head expansion bolts. They're widely available.

The piece Im holding in my hand is called a allen head expansion bolt? That the one part I need.

An Allen head expansion bolt may consist of the bolt, the sleeve, a tapered nut (such as the one in your hand), and perhaps a washer. The two small ears shown on the nut in your possession help prevent the nut from simply spinning during the tightening process. If you're unable to locate a tapered replacement nut with ears, a standard tapered nut will work just as well. In that case, however, pre-tighten the assembly prior to installation to the point that it fits snugly into the handlebar. This will help prevent the tapered nut from spinning as the installed assembly is being tightened. You may be able to find a suitable size tapered nut on a masonry anchor (or similar) at your local hardware store.
