I love Wheelies can't say I know how to do them well, I now have a 1299S and hoping to learn without crashing or deploying my Dainese D-Air jacket. HAHA!

Post up your videos -Pictures Don't matter .

This is a monocoque type design, dowel pin aligned 2 piece engine case which is not only a structural member but also subjected to many different dynamics loads. You have 4 studs holding the entire front end assembly together. I would caution against dropping the front end aggressively. These things don’t crash well.

I cant wheelie for .... but the front end on mine floats to nervous height in the first 4 gears pretty easily especially if theres a bump or drop off and I have had it lift to throttle off height in 5th a quite a few times as well . If I was to pursue the art I'd buy an offroad bike and practice, what stops me is the reality that dropping a 1299 would be a very expensive and probably painful exercise. As far as doing full balance point on one of these, you will need good throttle control and a bit of speed, no way would I try to do any distance in the lower gears. I run it in DWC1 & DTC 3

I’m most scared of the Convic-19 than dropping my 1299.
Your suggestion is noted , thanks for sharing.

BTW. You must have some great Track pictures? Post up please .

Riding these things in a manner anyone would want to see is not one of my strong points so I will skip the embarrassment. The training wheel mounts are still on the bikes

no fear my friend. I just landed at the airport and still don’t have a scratchy throat

besides, we think we already had and beat it back in january

The ..... of it is last week I scheduled my movers to pickup the 1299 in Florida and deliver to jersey, not knowing all my contracts would fall apart and give me a window to get back to FL

I would post up some pictures of some of my amazing wheelies, but I cant as my bum starts to eat the seat material when the front comes up. I blame that bloody tank slap happy RGV250 from my younger years. If the front comes up a foot or so, no problem, any more than that and its a case of back down to terra firma for you
