Who is the Carbon Fiber supplier for the DP parts?

Today and in the past

Ducati site shows Ilmbeerger among the different suppliers but didnt saw Rizoma so I dont know if its updated...

There is not an "official" supplier, Ducati uses multiple vendors for carbon and it changes all the time. They also use some vendors who outsource production to other vendors on some items, so it's pretty well impossible to nail down.
