Amazing Silverstone MGP qualifying session, once again the "old man" shows up when it matters.

Not bad for an old timer, he had his host of anti fans shitting they're collective pants for awhile. It was rather heart warming to see the Traitor Puta go up in smoke.
I do believe this just might be Dovi's year, good call on the part of Ducati, hanging on to Dovi. Quite a bargain too, maybe if he wins the championship it will help offset Dear George's salary.

I think it's funny that the yellow horde is OK with being so hostile towards MM, JL and partly MV, but go ballistic whenever somebody points out the faults of VR... You and mark are just mirrors off each other...

Like an army of liberals :p

Sure it's a Ducati forum and I'm biased, but you can't fault Dovi's form. Like he's playing a master class in chess. His forward thinking, tyre preservation and picking his points where to overtake etc. He was positively being held up by Marquez at one point! It's nice to see his dedication and hard work paying off. The man needs a pay rise.....

And he got a little help from god when the honda blew!!

he showed up lol. so now it matters to get Second in qualifying, or lead a lap. there is only 1 Italian with a shot at the title and you have the wrong one. if it wasn't for a blown engine tissues would have been out again this week.
oh yes we can still use tissues as now rossi is getting credit for leading laps and coming in second it qualifying. yet the old man has yet to beat his teammate head to head where they both finished.

i think its funny that 46 lost ground to the leader once again this week but hey he had a great qualifying. oh wait he didn't get pole?

He lost points to dovi who is the leader. Doesn't matter even if he was leading he wouldn't win. Guy is just hampering motogp. I'm sure he got pole though after the race. Not that there is anything wrong with that

I don't understand why Flossi fanboi's are so delusional. C'mon, it's been his year, every year since his last championship...in 2009.

Yeah, ok. Payout on the current underperforming Lorenzo, but he wiped the floor with Rossi tears whilst at Yamaha. Marquez is shitting all over the old man. Even his Rookie team mate is putting on a better show.

As I keep saying, put a fluro 46 on a bag of .... and the fanboi's will buy it.

It's OK to be a Rossi fan, just be realistic.

He'll be capable of front row starts and podiums until he's using a walker to get around the paddock, but his chances of winning another championship are near zero.

It's not so much that Rossi has fallen off his game, it's that the competition around him has elevated to a point that he struggles to match.

The world caught up to him and kept going. Embrace the future.

Is this still DUCATI forum or "we hate Rossi/we love Rossi BS talking forum??

A perfect example of how important Valentino Rossi is to Moto GP. Personally I am a Ducati fan first and foremost, I really want to see Dovi win the BIG PRIZE this year. Hell I even root for Dear George when he's up front, I can't stand his pouting whining personality, but he's riding my favorite brand of motorcycle.
For me it's Ducati, Ducati Uber Alles.

Pedrosa has been on a Repsol Honda since 2006 - no titles. But hey let's cry about Rossi
He nearly won in 2015 - finishing ahead of Marquez and came 2nd in 2016 ahead of Lorenzo on the Yamaha. But lets ignore that and be mongoloids!
