Sadly, this is more common than it should be. Ducati needs to clean up the bad dealers. It seems you either get real good or real bad in dealers... It all depends on how much they value their reputation and they are free to do whatever...

I only let Joe Tortora at Supermoto Italia service my bikes! I bought a few bikes from Goldcoast too, and like them very much but any bike I buy goes straight to Supermoto for PDI set up in the crate.
