Wow, it all looked like good fun, until the ski jump, that was over the top glad he landed it. Helluva rider.

His clank when he walks haha!

Right on, thanks for posting! I can literally imagine my heart pounding on that jump, as many times as I ate .... when I was younger lol. You can really see that swing arm take all of it. He did a great job of keeping the bike in the right position! Good stuff!

We kicked Robbie out of Aussie cause he is too soft. Notice he did not put a knee down on the bobsled course.

That's kids stuff in comparison to what we do here every Saturday.

Maybe he has improved a bit though!

Admittedly the entire video aside from the big jump was just blah, but damn, give props for the jump!

We don't brag here in Aussie. Therefor any posting of Robbie type antics is definitely frowned upon.

Ducktales. You were bragging you guys do that every Saturday, but won't show it. Hmmm

Considering when I worked for Jim Beam FMX team in NZ, Robbie was hired to ride at an event when he was approximately 17, the wind picked up (typical Noth Westerly wind, 80-150km) and he refused to jump, few of the guys gave him .... and he nearly cried, but this is where the story became interesting, he went back to Aussie, then next I saw of him was the Crusty tour, then big time record jumps etc, look at him now!!!!! Those guys that laughed at him are most probably eating there words right now, currently he is the best motorbike jumper in the world, possibly history. I still have a huge respect Evil as jumping a Harley is so different to the modern mx bike, them kahonas must have been huge.

Actually the ski jump was probably the easier bit. Not a lot of room for error on that luge run, with lots of hard stuff to hit very close by. Back in my MX days we used to do a pipeline run that went over all these steep ridges, and we'd crest those suckers pinned in 4th or 5th. You'd leave the ground before you'd even get to the top and sail damn near to the bottom on the other side, good 150 feet or so down the hill. Not Maddo-big for sure, but basically the same technique. You'd never be more than 15-20 ft off the ground, just falling down the slope like a ski jumper. Fun as hell. Probably scare the crap out of me now...

Very impressive video, thanks for sharing that!

It is even more impressive when you look at the tyres and how it seamlessly changes from slicks to knobblies.
