WSBK is changing things up for 2024 to balance power. Big one is combined weight then smaller tank (if I remember correctly it’s -3 L). Interesting they’ll be monitoring fuel flow and possibly using it as another way to regulate parity.
I’m all for it. Seems the V4R will still have plenty of power even if Bautista is forced to carry ballast (Rinaldi was faster down the back straight of R1 Aragon). I guess the biggest disadvantage would be it’s more weight for - smaller rider to muscle around. But I guess it gives the impetus to not be small and Bautista won’t have to be so rigorous on his diet and be able to put on some pounds.
