Hi All;

I need a couple fairing screws for my 1199 Panigale. They look like this...

I need just one but would like a couple spares. Anyone have a couple you could send me? I'm in Michigan zip 48430.

Thanks Paul. I appreciate it. I'd come pick them up if I had a reason to travel that far! Someday maybe. I want OEM screws to make this bike perfect because I have a little OCD in me that likes everything to be just right.

I bought a kit off Ebay that has close to OEM style screws that I have used. What is the diameter of the threaded part of the screw, 4.7 mm or 5.7 mm? I think most of the fairing screws are 5 mm (about 4.7-4.8 mm diameter thread OD). I think the knock off ones are a little longer, the smaller diameter screw on the right in the picture is @ 15 mm long with washer head diameter of @ 12 mm and thread diameter of 4.7-4.8 mm. I don't believe I could mail these since the heads are so big. If I can find a cheap way to send them I will just give you a few (I am near Cleveland, Ohio, not too far). Rick

Rick, you're too generous! Thanks. You're right, the screws are M5 thread which has an actual dia of around 4.8mm. I took up Mick's offer. They are a different color but its a whole set and they do look nice. I guess my black screws will become spares for my son's 1098. Or we'll put the Ti-look screws on his 1098 and I'll borrow a couple black ones from his bike.

Glad you found some OEM ones, the Ebay ones are close but not quite right. Cool your son has a 1098, I miss the low and mid range grunt that beast had. Stay safe. Rick
