Modified stock mud flap. The thing that bolts to lower triple tree which seals up the bodywork and directs air to radiator. Stock they have a large hole that the horn fills. This one has a thin alum plate molded to the bottom of it and riveted in place for track bike. Or street bike on a diet : )
