I'm nearly at 7,500 miles, what can I expect to dish out for the service? (US dollars)

Does anyone have an actual check list of the service performed at 7500? I plan to change my own oil, but is there anything special done?

What is the going rate for the 7500 mile service if you warranty is expired? Will it be worth it to renew the warranty for one year to reach 7500? has anyone purchased an extended warranty? Does it vary from dealership to dealership? Thank you
