Hiya all.. Just changing the upper/lower frame steering head plates to 1199R to reduce rake by .5deg , i will get new bearings/seals i think for the new plates - make it easier to swap back if i dont like it. The main challange now is the removal of the bottom bearing case on the steering...

Guys I've taken the wheels off the bike and can clearly see the bearings in the front rim but not in the rear wheel - am I being rain man? Cheers

Hi all, Been searching for a while. I'm trying to remove the races from the frame on my 899. I'm unable to figure out how. Has anyone done this before? I've changed many bearings, but none without the lip that is present in a traditional head tube. Any help?

so i was down outside of charleston SC and found a new performance bike shop, curiosity ensued, and I pulled up in my red 1199 (love it) and talked shop with the owner and his side kick. they drooled over our beloved Italian ... machine like they had never seen one. all of sudden the owner...
