    Carbon bits.

I'm looking at getting carbon fiber frame covers. I see pieces from fullsix for $300ish, pieces from Shift Tech for $340ish, and pieces from Ilmberger for $400ish. They all look the same in the pictures. Is there a difference with quality or fitment? Any personal experiences or testaments out...

    I am in feckin bits.

Just had my first ride of the year on any bike. The trumpet is awaiting an ecu flash so is not rideable. So out on the Pani. I have done over 150 miles through Devon, Somerset and Dorset. What it's told me is my brain needs total recalibration, and I'm not bike fit. Thank god for the auto...

    Cool bits added

Just got back from a year in Saudi Arabia and was stockpiling parts while I was gone. Got most of them put on this last week. It's a 1299 base so I added a set of S wheels (thanks again slow jamz), DP Akra slip ons (Ebay), DP Fender Eliminator (thanks BadBoyBeltran) and some DucaBike shorty...

    MotoCorse Bits and Pieces

Still trying to revive my babe :) As already metioned I installed the first prototype of the rear shock's rocker arm axle made from Titanium. Weight savings is not as big as expected, only 35g (26%) because of the two big bolts which are aluminium in the OEM version. I try to improve the...

    Some new bits

Just had this installed today, before anyone ask's I went with Penske because in my opinion they are every bit as good as Ohlins and a hell of a lot easier to work on. I wanted to do something that nobody else does for the most part so Penske it was. I live 10 miles from KFG racing and GP...

    Workshop Bits

We all talk about mods to the bikes, but how, where and with what are we doing it. I know some have the dealers do the work, and many of us love to work on the bikes (some more than others) but I'm interested in knowing what others have set up for their shop space. For example, I built a...

    New CF bits...

...Not really. I stumbled across an extra roll of CF look vinyl wrap I had stashed away in a box. Then I stumbled across my heat gun (I do a lot of stumbling on my days off). One thing led to another and this happened... Will it hold up? Doubt it. Does it look better? Meh Why did I do it...

Extra Bits and clutch problem resolved

Got the Tric back today, full system seems so much smoother than just the slip ons, 31mph in third, 40mph in fourth, no hunting just smoooooottth. No louder though, i still think the 1198 with the full 72 mm system on was louder. Could be my age! Suspension set to P, hit pothole on the way...
