brushed

Hi All This question is for all the Panigale R owners. I would like to know if the brushed aluminum on the fuel tank is actually the fuel tank exposed aluminum tank or if it's a brushed aluminum high quality decal? I am assuming it's the actual tank and not a decal. Cheers Chris

Getting some paint work done on the 1199 and want brushed Al with the matter black. Just wondering if anyone already has the dimensions for the tank and how it has to be painted to give it the 2015 1199r look

Customer asks if we can repair some crash damage by wrapping his tank.. Top of tank is scratched all up.. After inspecting tank, thought why not make an r tank..would cover perfect.. Out comes the knifeless tape, heatgun and away we go.. Here is the outcome...Quite impressed really..

Just curious how hard is it to get Brushed aluminum tank? FULL brush no 2 tones or colors.. maybe just the DUCATI DECAL on both sides like OEM... i see it and i like it but my local mechanic says its a tough job ie. Expensive
