disappointment

As of today, I began my search for 1199/1299. A friend of a friend informed me about a 1199 at one of the local Honda/BMW/Yamaha/Ducati dealerships. I called them Friday afternoon to see if it was still available and ask a few questions. It was. Female salesperson couldn't answer anything...
