Fuel Level Sensor Fault - 1299 Panigale

Hey All, Today I got Fuel Level Sensor Fault on my 2016 Ducati Panigale 1299. Bike has only 1900 miles. No issues thus far, until last night I did install heat shield on the bike from ducati spacers. Installation process was fairly simple but it required to remove gas tank mounts, and tilt...

Anybody know what this fault code is?

The Check Engine Light is on and usually melcodiag gives a word description with the error code, but this time it didnt. Error: 100D Status 68 Bike runs like normal, just the light comes on right away every time I clear it, so I suspect its some sort of sensor that's faulty.

    DQS Fault

Around an hour into my ride this week the DQS stopped working. No error lights or obvious damage, still shows selected on the dash and it's plugged in. Both the up and down shift has failed in all gears. I will take it off at some point and have a look, has anyone opened it up & had a poke...

ENGINE Fault Light + No Acceleration while riding

Hi guys! 1199S 2014, under 10k kms on the clock. Throttle cuts off and ENGINE FAULT light shows on the cluster while riding. Engine stays on but can't accelerate on the throttle. It happens quite often, seems to happen especially after wheelies. Scary if I loose throttle in a corner Any...

    DTC/DWC fault

I just finished my first track day on the 1299S. All day I had problems with the DQS not working. DTC as well as DWC were also showing a fault light on the dash. Up until this point the bike was working fine with no issues; however, I had made several changes which I hadn't had a chance to test...

    Electrical fault

Had my 1299 about 6 weeks, rode it for 3 before it developed an electrical fault, gutted to say the least, bike keeps sending warning lights, battery, fuel engine management, abs. Hope it's sorted soon before the sun comes out. Anyone else had any problems ?

    BBS/DTC fault

So I had 750 problem free miles on my 14 1199 ABS, and then FLAG! I turn on the ignition, and up pops a big red "BBS" fault along with the amber CEL. I also noticed that the DTC had a dash displayed instead of the normal number. I immediately rode the bike home and hooked it up to the diagnostic...

    Quick Shifter fault

Hi all, I have noticed that the quick shifter on my Ducati 1199 has an issue. Going from 5th to 6th, it momentarily goes into neutral and then slams into gear. Anyone come across this issue at all? Cheers Neil

    Speed sensor fault

Anyone else had or have this issue. The bike had a front end bump a few months ago, its not been ridden since but I really cant see any physical defects with either front or rear sensor or wires. I'm kind of hoping that a decent run will recalibrate it. Does anyone know if the speedo pick up...

Checking solution for right indicator fault

Hey all, I have already gone through and read all the right indicator fault threads and it seems to narrow down to requiring a dash replacement. Could someone confirm this was the solution as this has just happened on my 2012 Tri and I would like to go in armed to my dealer with what...

    Panigale Fault RECORD

i know we all joke around about what version breaks 2012 2013 white red tricolore and soon to be R but i notice there isn't a post about this and hope that one of the mods will make it a STICKY idea is to post ANY real mechanical faults. please nothing to do with loose bolts as that can be...

Expensive Recall dealer visit, but kinda my fault.

Firstly my comments are just my opinion, its seems these bikes can vary dependent on location and rider style. For me its been a transformation, its just the slip on kit, but having ridden 750 miles on the standard setup riding the long way home for the dealers last night was night and day...

Order Cancelled... and it's all your fault!

After reading the the preliminary hype, I knew I had to have an 1199. I put a deposit on a base model, which at the price was a stretch for my budget even though I really wanted an S. After reading all the justifications for an S, and the recent reviews, I have decided that I really need an S...
