filled

Hi... I got my bike back from dealer after first service. 24hrs later, I find the sight glass filled to the top. Called dealer to enquire. Was told if the level is good after bike is off for 2hrs then it's fine. Gets higher as the bikes sits 24hrs. Is this accurate?
