Looking for advice on how to set the suspension to Progressive or Flat.

I have the slip ons installed and still have this flat spot around 4800 rpm... It's annoying as hell. Anyone notice this as well?

Anyone else experiencing a flat spot [hesitation] between 9 and 10000rpm in 5th under hard throttle , bike eventually pulls through that range but feels ...... You would think Ducati would do better than this , going to report fault today as i am pissed off spending big money on exhaust that...
