Haven't ridden in a while (1month) and my front brake are squeaking under semi hard pressure. anyone else have this issue? brake plate has no rust or anything. maybe something that will go away after a few rides?

Hi all! To be able to light up my Diavel 2012 without keys nearby I need to press the button very very hard. Its tricky to get the finger in there with the needed pressure. Is this my bike or does yours also require very very very hard pressing? Will ask the dealer next service in march, but...

So I found a fool proof method for hard starting, 1) turn ignition on, let it go through its fuel pump priming 2) pull key and open gas tank, there might be a swoosh sound 3) close gas tank 4) turn ignition on again and fire it up! Fires up 1st time every time!

Greetings to all, Not sure where from hadnt had the chance to remove fairings or open up air box. Oil leaking but only when engine is pressed ie 10-11K rpm. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Maybe vapours through oil breather which I think runs though the air box. Oil level normal...

Thinking about changing the oil myself. Have done this on jap bikes. Is it just taking fairings off then remove the bolt on the bottom (is this a tricky process?) then drain and add new oil and change oil filter. Roughly a 1hr job? Interested in hearing from people who have done it...
