Hi all this is my first post, I have just purchased a 2018 V4, I am mega happy with the bike and all is fine, however I have one question, I was aware that the V4 does generate a hot of heat but mine is pretty uncomfortable especially on my left thigh, I have heard of some fitting heat shields...

How do you do it? Bought mine on Sat and I need to commute everyday with a portion in stop go traffic. Done it for years on GSXR'S, R1's, S1000rrs, Arilias etc no problem I knew the Panigale had a rep, expected heat but this is currently unrideable, cant grip chassis with legs constantly...

Has anyone who installed the carbon rear subframe and / or tank noticed any difference in heat accumulation in the seat? The alu frame is a massive heat sink and the lower thermal diffusivity of the carbon frame could (at least theoretically) help a lot. Major issue with the whole construction...

Just bought a V4S, my thighs are melting. Are there any solutions to this problem aside from wearing different gear? My gear isn't the issue here.
