Hi all, I have been riding since 2006, and this is my 4th Ducati. I just joined the forum on my newly acquired 2015 1299 S. I traded in my 1198 for this beast, even though I miss my old bike but the new one is certainly a nice upgrade by far. Looking forward to get to know everyone!

Took the plung today! Got my hands on the very first 1299s that the Charlotte dealer recieved. No pre order or anything! A little about me: I've been ridding for about 15 years. I've had many bikes including FZR600, R6, 2005 R1, Aprilia Futura, KTM Superduke, Kawasaki Concours 14, and Triumph...

And I love it.!! Wish I would have done it sooner, what a dream!

Been reading the posts for a couple of weeks now. You seem a good bunch of guys so I thought I'd join. Ducati daft for five years now and if delivery is as promised I'll be able to let you know just how good the R is in late March / early April.
