leakage

Need some input to assuage my fears about a fuel leak after a recent air filter install. On my last weekend ride, I had just finished filling up my tank about 3/4 of the way and took off to head home. Exactly 1 mile later or about 3-4 minutes after my fill-up, the bike power suddenly cut out...

I have removed the charcoal canister, but when I lean the bike the fuel will leak from the breather tube almost everytime(I filled the fuel just about 85~90%, not reaching the rim of filler recess), below is the picture shows how it leaks: anyone have this issue?
