Hey all, as the title says, is that oem Akra belly pan race legal?

Hi all, I'm getting exhaust similar in style to the Arrow slip-ons pictured below. Has anyone found a race legal belly pan for slip-on exhaust like this?

You can't see a lot but you can see directly behind you and in both side lanes and they don't vibrate. Surprisingly, I can see as good as the stock mirrors as those POS vibrated like crazy. 3mil CF sheet. Epoxied glass. aluminum and Ti hardware.
