I have had my eyes on these boots for a long time Gloves needed replacing after my crash on Saturday Helmet and suit is next year (hoping it wont be sooner due to another crash :)

Just bought some new Sidi Mag1 boots. I had to go up from a 45 in Vortice to a 46 in Mag1 Definitely a tighter fit. So if you are buying these make sure you try them on. Much easier to get on and nothing to get caught on the bike. Will add some more thoughts after a ride.

Has anyone tried the new Sidi Mag 1 boots ? If so any feedback. I have the Vortice at the moment which is a bit of a pain in the ... to put on. Cheers

Anybody running gold magnesium wheels? Litter the post with pictures :) I'd like to know who my manufacturing options are. I really like the raw gold iridited look the Marvics used to have for the 916 bikes. Do they even make them for the 1199?

I'm noticing an impressive result for a stock 1199.The midrange is on par with every other liter bike. With a great spike at 8k that beats EVERY other liter bike until 10.6 k where it tapers off. Imagine a Dyno tune with air filter,PCV and Exhaust to improve the curve even further. It amazes me...
