missing

My Diavel is misfiring at below 3000 rpm it looses a cylinder. I had changed the gas cap and maybe water went inside the tank . Now back to original cap . Tried emptying the tank and all still there is missing . Wht should I do . Pls help me out . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
