Any drop in cams for the 1299 motor?

I will stop watch racing when they start racing electric motor racing. What is the point watching silent bike racing?:confused:

I tried looking but couldnt find anything before asking here.I have a 2012 base but purchased a new 2016/17 R motor,with no electronics.I know theres a big difference but i wanted to know can i use base electronics on this motor?
