Just playing around... I like it, but opinions?

Anyone else experienced a sudden change in exhaust/pipe note while riding? 4-5 times while riding (have about 1300 mi now total) the exhaust note has changed suddenly while throttle has been held steady. Hard to describe the sound but it's as though the exhaust gets suddenly quieter/muffled...
