oem rear sprocket

I am part way through a 520 chain and sprocket assembly conversion. I have the left wheel nut removed, the OEM chain is off and I cannot figure out how to remove the OEM hub/flange. Videos on the Internet appear to show one being able to pull the hub off with ease once the wheel nut is removed...
