paperwork

My 1199 Base made it to the dealer on Monday. But DNA has not delivered the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) so the bike cannot be registered. I am the first person to have mentioned this problem on this forum, but at least one other member chimed in that he too is in paperwork...
