Hello my fellow v4 owners, i am replacing my stock handlebar and found 2 pins inside the tube that are hard to get, anyone knows how to remove these pins so i can remove the handlebar? Thanks you very much for any tips or recommendations.

So it's oone bolt going threw that had a lock washer of some sort on bottom side which I removed. I'm sure the bottom pin slips into the top. How the hell do i realease the bottom pin? Tried pulling and no give. I bought matching pegs to my rearsets and want these installed. Anyone know?
