Does the v4r need the full exhaust/upmap to rev to 16k rpm? I was told it did and without it it will max at 13k rpm.

Hit the rev limiter in 2nd on the street the other day and the throttle shut off. Looked down and main top light was lit. Kicked back in around 5-7k. Did I just hold it there too long or what? Does the Panigale even have a rev limiter? ("nah-nah-nah-nah-nah-nah" sound).

Do you usually rev match on the 1199 (keeping in mind this bike is equipped with a slipper clutch)? Street or track, or both? Whats your reason behind it? Just looking for opinions.
