rubbing

A while ago I saw some rubbing of the chain against the single sided swing arm of my 1299S. Now the bike is at its 12000km maintenance interval and the rubbing is becoming more and more. Ducati is assessing if they should do something about it, till now they did not come up with a solution...

posted in the mechanical forum, but is anyone else getting this? Chain is rubbing behind the rear set for the gear shift on the swing arm.
