My 1199 started dropping 1 cylinder at low speed, engine light flashing on, wack the throttle and it fires on both. Had to limp it home the last mile.

Engine light started flashing, dropping a cylinder at low speed just made it home. With all the wiz bang high tech commputer control everything I'll have to take it to the dealer 150 miles away, no drags tonight.

So as per my post on the Sardinia trip, I noted I had some problems with the bike when starting out on a ride. Turns out the cat is completely screwed. Getting a full new exhaust system under warranty - which is great considering the mess the old one is in with chain lube after the trip :D...
