stop light

Anyone know what the "Stop Light" warning light means? I just put on the CW fender eliminator and the warning light came on for a few seconds when the key is on but engine not running. The bike still runs just fine, I just get the warning "Stop Light" when the engine is not running but key on...

Is enyone knows, how to eliminate " stop light "error in dash. I put race fairings in my bike, and take out rear light unit. And now, when I use brake lever first time, I got that error and yellow motor sign in dash.. I dont want take out front and rear brake switches.. Any ideas ?
