tinted

This will be my first TFT display. Is a tinted windscreen recommended for better viewing in full daylight or can it be seen just as well with the stock clear windscreen?

I figured I would take it upon myself to make a tinted windscreen seeing's how no one else has came out with one yet!

95% of my riding is during daylight conditions, so I wear a tinted shield. That said, when caught far from home and riding home in the dark it is quite challenging to see. You are faced with either trying in vain for your eyes to adjust, or to try and ride with the shield up and face the wrath...

So I ordered the slightly higher tinted screen from my Ducati dealer along with the oil cooler guard for my 1299S. Now the dealer wanted to charge me $348 just to install these two items to which I politely told him where to go. So my question is it really can't be that hard to install these two...

I've done a cursory search but haven't been able to find a replacement lens for the signals on the mirrors. Have any of you replaced yours with something tinted/smoke color? It's a fairly basic aesthetic upgrade that goes a long way. If you have, I'd appreciate a link to where to get.
