    Fuel Tank Vacuum

    Hi I have just bought a 2014 1199 and tried to open the fuel cap found it almost impossible as it was held down by a vacuum in the fuel tank. Is this normal or is a breather blocked. Thank you for any ideas.

    charcoal canister question - what is a vacuum line?

    I was wondering why is there a vacuum line going into the charcoal canister? What is the purpose of that line? I don't understand why after removing the canister, we need to plug the line.     Bleeding brakes with pneumatic vacuum bleeder?

    I am going to bleed/flush my brake (and clutch) system. I've read the thread AntiHero wrote which entails the conventional pumping method. This is also the method that the service manual shows. However does anybody have any experience using a pneumatic vacuum bleeder?

    Vent tube or vacuum?

    While combing through my bike trying to find the source of an intermittent high-idle issue I discovered an oil breather tube that was disconnected. Only issue is that, though it's called a breather tube, it connects to what seems like a cap. Line number 7 in this diagram: Anyone know if...
