That’s actually 650ib’s V4R dash, but his seems to go to dashes at 186mph and I thought 2019 V4R was already equipped with EVO2

Here is my dash at exactly the same spot in COTA, right before braking into T12 (Marquez corner =) ). Top pic is Evo2 and the one below is standard 2018 V4S, same bike. I am running V4R front sprocket 15T (520 chain) vs 16T V4S stock (525 chain) previously, hence the difference in rpm at the same speed. With 15T front, I am 200-250 rpm short of redline in 6th gear. Difference in lap time is because I am having issues with Ducati DDA GPS clicking off laps.. I am told there might be a software fix for that too, right now it sucks. If you look closely, you will also see that graduations for coolant temp are slightly different too, they are more square on EVO2. Sorry for fuzzy pic, as I didn't have stabilization on at that time. Full lap time on the lower pic (standard Evo) was 2:29.

I think the issue that Ducati makes speed to go dashes on the bikes rolling off production line to comply with whatever, same as exhaust basically. but when you install the same software after the fact, they can probably just click "track bike" box and eliminate this "restriction". I would think the software is actually the same otherwise..

why isnt the tach trail yellow in the top picture. just wondering
It eventually goes gray after like 13-13.5K. I think it is bright only when in the sweetest spot . Note how bright orange it is and also "deep" or fat vs what was posted above for the V4R (I assume). I installed mine about 45 days ago.

Hey Ducatikev, v4 Speciale comes with exhaust and other goodies, not installed of course. Yeah, race exhaust depends which you getting , if akrapovic it can be negotiate when purchase with bike.

I love the speciale, and it looks like I could get a decent deal on a preowned one, but... I’m loving the winglets on the 2020 models.
Also don’t think I’d love renewing the dry clutch on the R every couple thousand miles
