Has anyone emptied the original exhaust?? Is it easy??

i like the original exhaust, but it produced a lot of heat, the catalyst is a big plug.

AND........

Can you elaborate a little please Phl? Was it worthwhile? Many benefits? Sound?
the most difficult part is the amount of inner walls and orientation of the catalytic converters...

it needs a retrofit of piping to replicate the akrapovic routing, but needs to stay "in the box"

i haven't put one on a bike yet, but a guy in britain has and said it's ridiculously loud and runs quite lean.

so i've held off with proceeding since no viable tuning solution has been out there yet.

Second can is gutted (properly, to ease it up for the future).

The first one I did was mainly to understand the insides, walls, baffles, etc

I have 50 mm tubing here, working on the pie cuts and bends now.

I already have titanium outlet covers with hexagonal mesh , just like the v2 covers.

Planning on having it back together by next week. Pie cuts will get taped and submitted to the welder.

Also , perforated tubing will have its spot.

I will do a special price for the first 3 guys and also for returning customers.

Since there’s no adequate fueling solution out there yet, a termi T800 is probably the best idea.

Cheers

Oh and the flapper valve will have a dummy in place to prevent error codes

In that case you can leave it unhooked.

The valve itself is not there any more, just the inner mechanism
