i might need to get rid of the flapper valve mechanism for routing's sake.

tried a couple of different options last night, but it's getting tight in the bread box.

i also want to make sure to keep the routing as close to the akra, within its constraints...

anybody interested in having db-killers for it?

Removed the other separating wall today to allow correct exit pipe angle
Now those holes are way too big.
Steep learning curve here

I wanna see some pix of these things in surgery!

Is the cat housed within the muffler assembly or is there some platinum in the header pipes too?

There are two cats in the box. The horizontal cylinders cat is right at the entrance and hitting a wall.
Vertical cylinder cat is feeding the same chamber, however the exit is not as close to a wall.
They feed into the middle chamber where the gases exit the outlet tubes.
And then there’s the third chamber for noise emissions...

the good news is, i might also be offering a "straight pipe" (no original housing around it) solution.
