Hey everyone,
I'm selling a package set for anyone who wants to upgrade a base 1199/1299 front end. Will also work for an "S" model if you want to ditch the electronic suspension(I did). Forks are manual Ohlins 2015/16 1199R version with Stock springs. Although if you need different springs you can send them to me and I will install before shipping or pickup free of charge. $1500 which includes 1199R triple clamp, and handlebar clamps. Triple and handlebar clamps aren't necessary if you have an S. Price without them is $1400. I picked them up off another forum member but I decided not to run them. Low miles, maybe 3k, light wear and tear from normal usage. Located in Southern California.

Hi Mike, if someone with an S model picks up the forks they won't need the triple or handlebar clamps so I'll part them at that time.

Are the valves in these 15/16 R NIX30 production forks identical to the aftermarket (off-the-shelf) NIX30 carts?

You know that's a great question that I honestly don't know the answer to. I know Ducati responded to rider demand and ditched the electronic ohlins controller and valving for the manual. Lots of people were buying S's and R's and ditching the electronic for better performance. Even the 1299S comes with electronic forks yet they want the flagship R to have manual. But I believe they are the same cartridge. The difference is that these have a cast bottom vs the more expensive fgrt series with a machined fork bottom and optional spacer for increased fork travel(not a lot of support for this option).

To clarify, these came off of a 16R with 1200 miles on the odometer. The internals are the same as the aftermarket FGRTs with the only difference being the cast bottoms and according to Brian at Boulder Motorsports, a variation in the shim stack. I sold these because I had a set of FGRTs that had work done to them. If I hadn't had the FGRTs, I would have been stoked to keep these. I have had them on the track and they are great forks.

Thanks Larry I was looking for your post because I remembered you saying something like that.

Will this work with 899 bike without too much modification?

The panigale 899, 1199S, and 1199R all share the same 53mm top triple. These forks would be a direct fit with your stock triple from what I know.

If the deal above falls through, send me a PM. I'm also interested in both clamp and forks

Still for sale but a pending offer depending on shipping costs.
