Hello Everyone,
I got this book a while back, and i refer to it often. Sometimes re-reading a section many times after some on bike experimentation.

It’s a really good book. Have had mine for a few years now and helps with troubleshooting. Never knew how important geometry was until the V4

I read Total Control and Twist of the Wrist v.2 when I was on vacation a few months ago. Total Control had a few sections about setup, but I wouldn't think it was as complete as you'd find in a dedicated book about the subject. I found it useful though.

You have to fuss with stuff ultimately. When you start translating what's coming thru your palms and the balls of your feet to damping/suspension changes which work with your riding style it's like magic. And less fatiguing. Experiment away.
