I know they are already sold, but one question. Do these require a special sprocket? or the DUCATI stock 41 tooth would be work?

Stock or aftermarket sprocket will work. With the SSS, the sprocket attaches to the spindle, not the rim. Once you take off the axle nut, the rim comes right off. The rotor and sprocket stay on the spindle.
